Petty (Downers Grove, Ill./Dowers Grove North) has been

Men’s Division I-II National Player of the Week. Petty helped
No. 7 Lewis men’s volleyball to a 3-1 victory over then No. 6

a great win at home and a fantastic start to the season,”
Friend said. “Greg had a remarkable first career home match
and it’s exciting because you know he is only going to
improve. We look forward to this fueling us to get better and gain
confidence each day.”
Lewis is 4-2 on the season, with wins over ranked squads
