Quincy drops third in a row, fall to Pacific, 3-0
(Stockton, Calif.) The Quincy University men's volleyball team dropped their third straight match and second in a row on the road to the University of Pacific by the score of 3-0 on Saturday.
The Hawks fell 30-23, 30-17 and 30-27 as Pacific powered their way to the win. Pacific finished with 54 kills in the match while hitting .365 as a team. Quincy's offense, which managed just 22 kills last night against Pacific, was more effective with 34 kills but committed 13 service errors in the match.
Joseph Sokol was the only Hawk to reach double figures in kills with 11 while Dan Dresen added 21 assists and Tanner Wright finished with 10 digs. Quincy falls to 2-4 on the season and returns to action at home on Friday, February 12th when they host Ball State University at 7 p.m.
